David is a lawyer and notary with more than ten years of experience in the field of corporate law. He worked for six years in the most important tribunals of the country, where he acquired relevant experience related to the disputes that occur in the corporate sector. After that, he worked for the private sector as head of the litigation and arbitration department at a prestigious law firm. Currently David works in the field of commercial law, both through corporate and business views, as well as in the litigation on judicial and arbitration processes.
He has a Master’s Degree in Corporate Law from the Central America University (UCA), and an Intellectual Property and New Technology Law from La Rioja International University (UINR), Spain.
